Request a refund

Canadian Codes is in paid beta. To request a refund, contact support with your account email and the charge date.

Refund window

Refund requests made within 14 days of a first subscription charge will generally be reviewed for a full or partial refund, especially when the account has light usage.

Cancellations

You can cancel renewal from Plan & billing. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund past charges.
